The Biden-Harris regime is leaving behind a legacy of government abuses, censorship of Americans, and the weaponization of law enforcement against their political opponents. Two House committees have uncovered evidence of systemic abuse by federal agencies, the Intelligence Community, and Democratic leaders to suppress conservative voices, manipulate elections, and expand government overreach. Reports released in December 2024 by the House Administration Committee’s Subcommittee on Oversight and the House Judiciary Committee’s Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government detail a coordinated effort to weaponize law enforcement against Americans. These findings expose a troubling pattern of censorship, surveillance, and political targeting that undermines constitutional principles and raises alarming questions about the future of American democracy.
Key Findings:
The House Administration Subcommittee’s report on the January 6 Committee revealed a deeply flawed and partisan investigation. Former Speaker Nancy Pelosi violated House rules by rejecting Republican nominees and handpicking members, including Rep. Liz Cheney, who openly opposed Trump. The committee selectively pursued evidence, ignored exculpatory information, and staged public hearings to amplify a predetermined narrative.
For example, the committee featured testimony from Cassidy Hutchinson, a former White House aide, whose claims about Trump’s behavior were later debunked by handwriting experts and firsthand witnesses. The subcommittee also uncovered evidence that Pelosi and senior Defense Department officials delayed deploying the National Guard to the Capitol on January 6, despite Trump’s authorization of 10,000 troops to ensure safety.
“The January 6 Committee was an undemocratic, rigged, partisan show trial akin to Soviet and Chinese trials staged to justify a result rather than find the truth,” the report concluded.
The Justice Subcommittee’s 17,000-page report exposed a sprawling censorship campaign orchestrated by the Biden-Harris Administration. Internal communications revealed that the White House pressured social media platforms, Amazon, and other companies to suppress content critical of the administration.
Key examples include:
The use of financial surveillance and reporting requirements to track and investigate Americans’ financial transactions has been another area of concern. These requirements, which include the reporting of large cash transactions and the monitoring of financial accounts, have been criticized as a potential tool for political repression. The report also highlighted the administration’s failure to defend Americans’ free speech rights abroad. For instance, the FBI facilitated censorship requests from Ukrainian intelligence agencies, targeting American journalists and verified State Department accounts.
The Justice Subcommittee’s investigation uncovered alarming abuses by federal law enforcement agencies:
FBI Targeting of parents: The FBI labeled pro-life activists, parents at school board meetings, and “radical-traditionalist Catholics” as domestic terrorists. A leaked memorandum proposed infiltrating Catholic churches to mitigate perceived threats.
IRS Harassment: The IRS conducted unannounced home visits to intimidate critics, including journalist Matt Taibbi, who testified about government censorship.
FTC targeting Elon Musk: Democratic elected officials called for the FTC to block Musk’s purchase of Twitter.
Financial Surveillance: The FBI encouraged banks to file Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) based on political affiliations, such as contributions to conservative organizations or purchases of religious texts.
Whistleblowers within the FBI described the agency as “cancerous” and “rotted at its core,” with leadership retaliating against agents who exposed abuses.
The findings of these House committees paint a disturbing picture of a federal government increasingly weaponized against its own citizens. From the rigged January 6 Committee to the Biden-Harris Administration’s censorship complex, these actions represent a dangerous erosion of constitutional protections and a betrayal of public trust.
