PROOF the FBI used unethical entrapment technique to “catch” Michael Flynn… dishonest, lawless “justice” now the norm in America

The editorial board of The Wall Street Journal (WSJ) wants the world to know that former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn was basically tricked by disgraced former FBI head James Comey into making certain statements before FBI agents, without his attorney present, that eventually resulted in his prosecution as a criminal.

These WSJ editors are calling the situation entrapment, and rightfully so. Comey and two fellow FBI cronies clearly targeted Flynn for questioning, pretending as though they just wanted to have a friendly chat. They then proceeded to bait information out of him without explaining what it was they were actually doing, or revealing that Flynn’s statements could be used against him.

The recent Flynn filing reveals how, on January 24, 2017, Flynn spoke with the two FBI agents in question – the entire meeting having been set up by former FBI deputy director Andrew McCabe. McCabe apparently compelled Flynn to meet with the FBI agents without a lawyer present, to which Flynn complied.

“I explained that I thought the quickest way to get this done was to have a conversation between [Mr. Flynn] and the agents only,” McCabe later revealed in a memo seen by Flynn’s defense team. “I further stated that if LTG Flynn wished to include anyone else in the meeting, like the White House Counsel for instance, that I would need to involve the Department of Justice.”

“[Mr. Flynn] stated that this would not be necessary and agreed to meet with the agents without any additional participants.”

Comey: I never could have gotten away with this trickery in another administration

An FBI summary of the interview known as 302 shows that McCabe and his FBI cronies made the decision not to warn Flynn that it was a crime to lie during an FBI interview. They withheld this pertinent information in order to make Flynn feel “relaxed,” and to maintain the desired “rapport.”

They then fished out the information they wanted from Flynn, something that Comey later admitted to plotting, in essence, based on the fact that he acknowledged that such a tactic never would have worked in a less-trusting administration.

Such tactics were “something I probably wouldn’t have done or wouldn’t have gotten away with in a more organized administration,” Comey recently confessed.

“In the George W. Bush Administration or the Obama Administration, if the FBI wanted to send agents into the White House itself to interview a senior official, you would work through the White House counsel, there would be discussions and approvals on who would be there. And I thought, it’s early enough let’s just send a couple guys over.”

This “legal trap,” as the WSJ suggests it might have been, “worked” in the sense that it achieved the punishment for Flynn that the corrupt FBI had hoped to achieve. Comey, McCabe, and the other deep state swamp creatures involved, purposely tricked Flynn into thinking that they were his friends, only to betray him as part of their endless witch hunt against America’s sitting president.

And wouldn’t you know it, but none other than the Obama administration, as part of its illegal spying operation on the Trump campaign, was what “unmasked” a conversation that Flynn had apparently had with a Russian ambassador – which was completely legal, by the way.

“Keep in mind the FBI’s counterintelligence probe into Russia and the Trump campaign was still secret,” the WSJ editorial board explains.

“Mr. Flynn had done nothing wrong in conversing with the Russian ambassador – it was part of his job – and he had no reason to believe he was in legal jeopardy. He initially claimed he misremembered what was discussed, which is more believable than that a highly decorated officer would lie to FBI officers he agreed to see without counsel.”
