The International Criminal Court (ICC) wants to issue an arrest warrant for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, but the United States government is fighting to prevent that from happening.
Israeli media outlet Walla reported that Netanyahu himself is personally leading a “non-stop push over the telephone” in a desperate bid to outmaneuver the law because he thinks he’s above it. And Netanyahu’s closest ally in trying to evade justice is none other than the White House.
According to Maariv, another Israeli media outlet, Netanyahu is “frightened and unusually stressed” about the very real possibility that he will be cuffed, charged and imprisoned for committing crimes against humanity in Gaza. While they may not be issued today or tomorrow, there will come a day, sources close to Maariv said, when Netanyahu will be held to account for his war crimes.
Two other top Israeli leaders who could also end up being served with arrest warrants by the ICC are Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant and Chief of Staff Major-General Herzi Halevi.

Netanyahu is reportedly so upset that the criminal justice system is catching up to him that he suffered a meltdown on X in which he tweeted the tired Zionist lie that Israel is merely “defending itself” by committing mass genocide against the Palestinian people.
“Under my leadership, Israel will never accept any attempt by the Hague-based Criminal Court to undermine its fundamental right to defend itself,” Netanyahu tweeted.
Israeli Foreign Minister Israel Katz told the N12 channel that the ICC’s attempts to hold Netanyahu accountable for crimes against humanity is “absolute hypocrisy,” adding that he and other Israeli leaders will do whatever it takes to evade the law.
“If necessary, we will not leave the country,” Katz snarled to the media.
The Biden regime, meanwhile, is having to come to grips with the fact that what Israel is saying is not what Israel is doing under Netanyahu’s leadership, suggesting that international law is being broken by the Netanyahu regime.
An internal memo from the State Department reportedly states that senior U.S. officials have advised Secretary of State Antony Blinken that they are not finding Israel’s assurances that it is using U.S.-supplied weapons in accordance with international humanitarian law “credible or reliable,” meaning Israel is lying.
Blinken has until May 8 under a National Security Memorandum issued by President Biden back in February to issue a final report about Israel’s war claims, declaring them to either be true of false, based on the evidence.
As of March 24, at least seven State Department bureaus have sent in their own contributions as part of an “options memo” being compiled by Blinken. Certain portions of that memo remain classified, but all of the information available to the public provides the clearest picture yet about Israel’s violations of international humanitarian law in Gaza.
Concerning the Gaza solidarity protests erupting across America, it is important to remember that all of them center around exposing and stopping Israel’s war crimes. They are not about supporting Hamas, but rather aim to stop the Netanyahu regime from slaughtering innocents.
“One thing this conflict demonstrates unequivocally is that if you don’t have the ability to defend your land and a NATO or U.S. allied nation dislikes you, then you can be wiped off the face of the Earth to thunderous applause,” wrote one commenter about the matter.
“One of the main reasons why the Zionist project will fail is because they lie so much,” wrote another. “According to Dr. Norman Finkelstein, who is Jewish and whose both parents were holocaust survivors, the Zionist Settlement in Palestine is based ‘on lie, upon lie, upon lie, upon lie.'”
